KRNCH is a premium UK nut snack brand that started in a home kitchen and refuses to apologise for how good it tastes. We make bold, natural, flavour-forward nut snacks using 100% real ingredients — no fillers, no artificial anything. Currently available in 6 flavours that range from dangerously addictive to absolutely catastrophic (in the best possible way).

Head to our Shop page, pick your flavours, add them to your basket, and checkout. It's straightforward. The only hard part is choosing which flavour to start with. (Start with Firecracker Almonds. You're welcome.)

All individual bags are £4.49 for 100g. We also do a Full Set bundle (all 6 flavours) at a discounted bundle price — check the Shop page for the current offer. For the quality of ingredients and flavour intensity, we think it's a genuinely fair price. Actually, it's a bargain. But we might be biased.

No minimum for individual orders. However, we'd humbly suggest that ordering just one bag is an exercise in self-deception — you'll be back for more within 48 hours. The Full Set bundle gives you one of everything and is objectively the correct decision for a first order.

We use premium-grade whole nuts: almonds in Firecracker, BBQ, and Cinnamon Churro; cashews in Honey Cashews; pistachios in Lime Chili. All sourced for quality and consistent roasting performance. No broken pieces, no scraps — we only use whole, premium-grade nuts that can handle our flavour process without falling apart.

Natural spice blends, real seasonings, and ingredients you can actually identify. That means things like smoked paprika, cayenne, sea salt, real honey, lime juice powder, and genuine cinnamon. No artificial flavours, no flavour enhancers (like MSG or E635), no artificial colours. Every ingredient earns its place or it doesn't get in.

Sealed bags have a shelf life of 6 months from the roast date, printed on each pack. Once opened: consume within 2 weeks, store in a cool dry place. Based on customer data, the average opened bag survives approximately 20 minutes before disappearing. We consider this a quality indicator.

All KRNCH products contain tree nuts and are produced in a facility that handles nuts. Specific nuts per product: Firecracker, BBQ & Churro contain almonds; Honey Cashews contains cashews; Lime Chili contains pistachios.

Products are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. No sesame, no soy additives. Always check the individual product label for the full allergen declaration and ingredient list. If you have a severe nut allergy, this is probably not the brand for you — but we admire your research skills.

Full nutritional information is printed on each bag. As a general guide: nuts are a naturally high-protein, high-fat (the good kind), low-carb snack. Our flavour coatings add minimal carbohydrate. They're genuinely one of the most nutritious snacks on the market — which is a convenient fact we enjoy repeating. Exact macros are on each individual product label.

The Mango Habanero is our maximum heat offering. It is rated 5/5 on our internal heat scale and has earned that rating honestly. The habanero heat builds — it won't announce itself immediately, but after three or four nuts, you will understand.

It is not suitable for first dates, business lunches, or anyone who describes themselves as "pretty good with spice" — those people always lie. It is, however, perfect for people who genuinely enjoy heat and want the fruit sweetness of mango to keep things interesting.

We've heard this before. We genuinely respect the confidence. The Mango Habanero uses real habanero seasoning, not a diluted flavouring — it delivers genuine, building heat. Whether it will "touch you" depends entirely on your actual tolerance. We have no way to verify your claims and neither do you, until you try it.

We do have reviews from chefs who said it was well-balanced. They also said it was hot. Order it and report back. We enjoy the feedback.

Honey Cashews and Cinnamon Churro Almonds are our zero-heat options — sweet, rich, and completely safe for those who appreciate bold flavour without fire. Honey Cashews are sweet and slightly caramelised. Cinnamon Churro is warm, cinnamon-forward, and dangerously snackable.

Mild doesn't mean boring at KRNCH. It just means your face won't be red.

Always check allergen information first — all our products contain tree nuts. For children without nut allergies: Honey Cashews and Cinnamon Churro Almonds are age-appropriate. The spicy flavours (especially Mango Habanero and Firecracker) are genuinely spicy and best suited to adults or very heat-tolerant older children. Parental discretion and common sense apply.

Yes. Every KRNCH product is Halal certified. This is not a label we added as an afterthought — it has been a core requirement from before our first batch was made. Our ingredients, facility, and processes all meet halal standards. No alcohol-based flavourings, no pork-derived additives, no exceptions. You can check the certification on each product.

Yes — all 6 flavours are 100% vegan. No dairy, no eggs, no honey derivatives (our Honey Cashews use vegan honey alternative). If you're vegan and assumed premium nut snacks would have some sneaky dairy powder hiding in the coating, you were right to be suspicious of the competition. Not here.

All KRNCH products are gluten-free. We don't use wheat, barley, rye, or oats in any of our flavour coatings or processing. If you have coeliac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, please also check the product label for full cross-contamination information relevant to your level of sensitivity.

Made in the UK. Every batch is roasted and packed in Britain. We believe in knowing exactly where your food comes from and being able to say so without reading from a script. UK production also means shorter supply chains, fresher stock, and faster dispatch to you.

Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout. We dispatch orders within 1 working day of payment. We know you want your nuts fast. We do too. We're working on teleportation, but until that's ready, the postman will have to do.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £20. Below £20, a small delivery charge applies (shown at checkout). Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Honestly, ordering more than £20 worth of nuts is the correct decision anyway — so this policy practically enforces good snacking behaviour.

Currently UK-only. We're genuinely working on international shipping — particularly for EU, US, and Gulf region customers who've been asking. If you're outside the UK and want to be notified when international shipping launches, drop us an email and we'll put you on the list.

That shouldn't happen — but if a bag arrives damaged, opened, or wrong, email us immediately at hello@krnch.uk with a photo. We'll replace it, no interrogation required. We pack carefully but couriers are humans and occasionally express their opinions physically. We'll sort it.

Yes. We call this "Tuesday behaviour." Nuts are one of the most nutritionally complete snacks in existence — high protein, healthy fats, genuinely satisfying. Three bags is aggressive but we're not going to tell you to stop. We would, however, recommend staying hydrated and maybe eating something else at some point. We care about you as a person as well as a customer.

No. But we're sorry this happened to you. It's a known risk with premium snacks in shared environments. We strongly recommend either: (a) not sharing, (b) buying separate bags for each person in your household, or (c) hiding your bag somewhere your friend would never look. We make no legal representations regarding bag theft liability. Buy more bags.
